Do Early Rider bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled to ensure they arrive safely. You will only need to perform a few simple steps, such as attaching the handlebars and pedals, using the tools provided in the box.
What is your return policy for unused products?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are your bikes covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Early Rider frames and forks are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
