At Early Rider, we want to ensure every young adventurer is perfectly matched with their new bike. If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Adventure Gear

  Securely repack the bike or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated courier drop-off point; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
